Return Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so unlike most other special occasion retailers we accept returns for exchange or store credit if you are not 100% satisfied. We are here to assist  you 24 hours a day with your return! With De’Cynthia Couture Return Policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in perfect condition and that you follow the return instruction listed below. We take pride in our quality products and service and we value our relationship with you. Our goal is to make the returns process as simple as possible to make sure you look and feel your best for your big event.


All of our dresses are sized according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements.


Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order to request your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please indicate that you want to exchange your purchase and note the designer name, new style, color, size requested and your wear date. Please take note that only ship now item are applicable to return and exchange. We do not accept return or exchange for pre order and promotion item.  

Domestic Customers

• If you received free domestic ground shipping on your order RM 50 shipping cost will be deducted from your purchased exchange. Please note that you will still qualify for free standard shipping on any new order.

• Please ship your return within 3 days of receiving your RA#.

International Customers

• If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost USD50 will be deducted from your exchange. Any taxes, duties or custom duty fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer. Any remaining balance will be stored as credit, balance cannot be converted to refund.

Out of Stock

For refund policy, when we discover the item purchased by the user is out of stock, we will immediate inform you via email or sms and will refund the full payment amount to you within 3-5 business days. If you preferred the refund via your bank account, you may inform us via our support email and attached therewith your account details.



• Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of receiving your (RA#). You may use the shipping carrier of your choice for your return. All returns must be insured by the shipping carrier and sent “signature required”.

•For International Buyer please have your RA # clearly printed on the outside of the box.

. All products must be in the condition you received them and items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition, with the original product tags attached and garment bag intact to be accepted as a return.  Any items that appear to have been worn or altered will be returned to you.

• Processing time for Returns is 4-7 business day. Once processed, the exchange or store credit will be applied to your order. Our Store Credit never expires!

• Any item purchase using store credit are final sale.
